Here is a demonstration of the Bhunaman Asana (bowing to/saluting Mother Earth)

HOW TO DO
**********
Sit on the floor with legs extended together in front of the body. keep your legs together, all the way down to your toes. Begin with the right side first, twisting the trunk to the right while sited. Place your left palm on the mat near your right hip and the right palm a little further behind you.
Gently inhale and turn your torso to the right, bowing down to touch the forehead to the mat while exhaling.
Ensure that the head is between the palms on the mat/floor.
Continue to hold the twist to the right side of the body for 10/20/40 counts.
Raise torso when complete to perform the asana on the left side of the body. Follow the same set of steps to complete the twist on the left, with normal breathing and the same number of counts. Repeat the order three to five times on both sides.

It rejuvenates spinal nerves, massages abdominal organs, tightens the loose belly, stretches the entire back, and strengthens the kidney functioning with all other internal organs.
It also felt that this asana , a salute to Mother Earth,helps in rooting, bonding and confidence.
